Helping people do what they want to do is harder than it seems. Many people and organisations are fuzzy about their purpose.

Having complete clarity about goals and objectives is not that same thing as knowing how to achieve them.

Doctors must be qualified experts in medicine. Should sales people have a similar understanding of business?

Doctors ought to have a comprehensive understanding of human psychology.

Should sales people have an equivalent understanding of interpersonal communication?
