Coaching Services

Top athletes use the services of a coach to achieve peak performance. Why not you? A coach identifies strengths and helps develop them. He spots shortcomings and helps bypass or fix them. Having the right support helps people focus on the main thing and learn the skills and techniques necessary to achieve their desired outcomes. People who use a coach, accomplish more in less time.

Remote one to one coaching

Sessions lasting up to an hour take place in our online virtual classroom. Fees are £95 per session. The first one is free. Contact us to claim a trial session. Your assigned coach will work with you just as he or she would a paying customer. All we ask is that you give us a definite 'yes' or 'no' at the end of the trial. If you decide to carry on, your coach will schedule your next session, or arrange a series.

Face to face coaching

Sessions lasting up to two hours usually take place at a mutually convenient location within an hours travel. Fees are £395 per session. The first meeting is free. Contact us to claim a trial session. Your assigned coach will meet with you for an hour so that you can assess his or her potential to help you achieve your aims. All we ask is that you give us a definite 'yes' or 'no' at the end of the trial. If you decide to carry on, your coach will schedule your next session, or arrange a series.

Coaching for Small Groups

We can provide coaching for small groups in short workshops lasting from two hours to a full day. Fees are calculated on a per person basis and range from £95 to £595 depending on duration and numbers.
