- Sales Process - We will integrate all we have learned about your organisation into a sales process framework to increase the use of best practices.
- Know-How Transfer - On acceptance of the new sales plan and all of its dependencies outlined above, we will provide up to 6 hours of training or coaching on execution of the new sales plan.
