We use the term, Sales Readiness to describe the assessment of sales and marketing operations to execute a sales and marketing plan. It is useful to use the diagram shown here to critically review a sales or marketing plan for its likely success when implemented. Sales readiness might be usefully enumerated to represent the expected efficacy of a plan.
