The booking options below are for group training for up to 15 participants.
1. The Full Course
Either ten 2-hour or twenty 1-hour sessions are arranged to suit the customer. We recommend weekly or biweekly sessions, however, the course can be scheduled to fit the required cadence and times.
The number of participants in sessions is limited to 15, however, we recommend splitting large audiences into groups of three to five to optimise the trainer-participant ratio and ensure that all participants have one-to-one attention from the trainer.
