Up to ten 2-hour or twenty 1-hour sessions are arranged to suit the customer. We recommend weekly or biweekly sessions, however, the course can be scheduled to fit the required cadence and times.
Limiting groups to five participants optimises the trainer-participant ratio and ensures that all participants have one-to-one attention from the trainer.
