SalesSense assessments are based on the scoring of statements. They can be completed by individuals to conduct self-assessments and by managers to support appraisals, salesforce testing, and perceptions. They can be used for training needs analysis and to aid recruitment and selection of new staff. 

Because of the methodology used, bespoke assessments are easy and inexpensive to create. Testing can be carried out with relatively small groups and assessment effectiveness can be determined quickly and efficiently.
